✦ Artist’s Rights ✦
- By commissioning me, you are purchasing my labor. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to: distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.- I will not draw hateful imagery, extreme kinks or self harm. I have the right to add to this list whenever I see fit.- On auctions or offer-based sales: deleted/ retracted bids or offers may result in a ban/being blacklisted.- I am free to reject your commission for any reason without explanation.- I sell only to 18+, please have this info readily available if not presented publicly on your profile.-I do not accept refunds if the sketch is started in anyway or 6 weeks after payment is made.-I do not consent to my art bring used to train AI or be processed through an AI generator to replicate my art.
✦ Commissioner Terms ✦
- Stylistic choices & colours may not exactly match the reference sheet provided! I will interpret your character in my style, please
be aware of this if commissioning.-Commissioners will receive a compressed image (.PNG) of any art I complete for them, not a layered document (.SAl, PSD)- You may post your commissioned art to personal pages with proper credit.-You are allowed to crop the art to use as an icon, ect. (with credit)-You may use your commissioned art on your personal site, for banners, ect. (with credit)- The commissioner may not make copies, prints or redistribute my work with the intent of profit by selling it.- All commissions are for personal use only unless stated otherwise, I currently do not do commercial work (NFTs count as commercial
work)- You may not claim the work as your own.

- Please make your payment within 24 hours of me sending the invoice/paypal. me link, if it is not paid in that time I may re-sell the slot or cancel the commission.
This may also result in ban/being blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.-I require payment before work is started, unless agreed otherwise beforehand.- Payments are accepted in CAD and must be sent from the account holder.- Do not write in the notes attached to your payments! ( Due to PayPal’s continued restrictions on digital creators even using the word “commission” could potentially get my account flagged and suspended for up to 180 days so please just leave your username or preferred name in the memo section please <3)- tips are accepted and they are greatly appreciated! ♡

-I will keep contact with the commissioner via private messaging on originating site of the commission, email, or Discord.- Feel free to request WIPs or updates on the commissions progress! (Please only do so once a week)- I'm a slower artist you might have to be patient with me. please consider this before commissioning me.

- You are allowed to change & tweak my designs as long as it is still recognizable as that character.- you are allowed to add the value of commissioned, personal & traded art to the value log of designs by me.
